 | | Summer youth rugby for boys and girls, U9/U11 touch, U13/U15/U17 touch and tackle; teams are developmental with a season-ending tournament. | |

 | | Spring high school competition for boys and girls, plus Summer 7's; D1 teams compete for local, regional and national championships.

 | | Spring and Fall competition for college men and women, plus Summer 7's with adult clubs; must be enrolled full time in college with a recognized rugby club; teams compete for local, regional, and national championships in two divisions. | |

 | | Spring and Fall competition for men and women, plus Summer 7's; clubs may accept older HS students with parental waiver and college-age men and women who are not playing for a college; teams compete for local, regional, and national championships in three divisions for men and two divisions for women.

 | | Spring and Fall competition for (generally) over-35 men and women; there are no regional or national championships, but there are numerous tournaments around the USA and even the world that range from social to highly competitive.
