Rugby Magazine, the journal of record for US rugby, has been in continuous publication since 1975. All 21 US championships are covered, as well as all matches played by the nine US National Teams. Published monthly, Rugby concentrates on transferable information pieces, features, and interviews with innovative individuals,clubs, and unions. Departments include international round-up, refereeing, coaching, and profiles of players, coaches, and referees.

The Rugby Hour

The Rugby Hour sixty-minute radio program about the history, great characters, nuances (subtle, obtuse and imaginative) and vast growth of rugby throughout the world. The Rugby Hour explores new territory and is very different than the usual dross you might have heard. Listen and learn one more thing you didn't know the day before. Rugby transcends sport - it is social, political, athletic, tragic, dramatic and intellectual. Rugby is indeed a performing art.

The Rugby Hour is produced by John Howe and Kurt Mockenhaupt and originates from Washington, D.C., USA from the Fairfax Public Access radio and television network. The show is cablecast on Cox Communications Cable Channel 7 and 37 and Verizon Cable Channel 37 in Fairfax County, Virginia as well as Comcast Cable Channel 27 in Reston, Virginia. The show is globally webcast streamed on WEBR. The show is streamed live Wednesdays from 8-9am.

Additionally, The Rugby Hour podcasts from their website, which are also available at iTunes.com, podcastdirectory.com, podcastalley.com, fairfaxsportsnetwork.com and ussportsradio.com. The show can be found in a list of rugby podcasts at scrum.com as well.
