If you are not a regular registered user (normally that means a PRU officer or club officer), you will need a temporary username and password which you can obtain from the president or the designated webmaster (if we ever get one) as the need arises. You will, of course, need to justify your need to update the calendar. Simply send an email to president@pru.org or webmaster@pru.org or call and we will issue you a one-time, short-lived username and password. The login credentials will be good for thirty minutes from the time you call, so you'll have to update the calendar promptly.
We have to manage it in this way as the timeout is not an automated feature. Additionally, we can help you navigate through the update process if you need help, but it is pretty straightforward.
